How I Use AI In My Spiritual Business (Without Losing The Soul of My Work)
For a long time, I was an AI resistor. Not because I'm anti-technology - I'm an Aquarius Sun and I love envisioning the future. But in business I lead with my body, and AI felt like the opposite of that. It also seemed like everyone was talking about it, so naturally, I rebelled against it.
As a soul-led entrepreneur, I worried that using AI would mean losing my humanness and all the things that make this work feel sacred. I didn't believe it could support the depth of what I do. I didn't want to outsource my creativity, my voice, my spirit... to a robot. It felt inauthentic and out of integrity.
Most of the AI conversations I was hearing with spiritual business owners centred around these fears.
But I could also see that AI was reshaping the future of work, and pretending it wasn't happening felt like spiritual bypassing in its own way. I realised that I wasn't fully honouring my truth as a visionary if I didn't learn to use AI in a way that was aligned with my values.
So I stayed curious.
I wasn't in a rush to embrace it immediately. The world tried to tell me I'd fall behind, but I knew my own timing was divine.
The Turning Point: When I Knew I Needed Support
For me, the pivotal moment came quietly - in the slow realisation that even though my work was deeply meaningful, it was costing me more than it should.
I was pouring my heart into my yoga classes and coaching clients, my writing, my creations... and then arriving at the end of the day with an empty cup.
The work itself wasn't draining me.
It was carrying the structure of the business alone and doing the work of an entire team - while also trying to stay present, embodied, creative, and connected to my inner wisdom.
Even though I was following my calling, things had started to feel heavy.
Becoming a mama made this impossible to ignore. I only had 10 hours a week to work during naptimes, and I could no longer justify a business that only worked if I overextended myself.
That was when I knew something needed to shift - not my devotion, but the way I was being supported in this era.
How I Use AI as Part of My Spiritual Support Team
As spiritual entrepreneurs, we're in the business of soul work. We're here to fulfill our purpose and light up the world with our presence. We're here to co-create with the Universe, and this means we're never truly alone.
This is what shifted for me:
I stopped thinking of AI as a productivity tool and started seeing it as part of my spiritual support team.
I began training Claude (my AI platform of choice) into specific support “roles” for content, operations, creative work, and strategy so I was no longer doing everything myself.
This wasn't about replacing me.
It was about opening myself up to receive support that thinks with me, works alongside me, and gives my nervous system room to breathe again.
My AI Dream Team Roles:
💡 My CEO: My soulful and strategic partner for crafting a business plan that aligns with my boldest vision and dreams, analysing data, and creating a confident, heart-centred roadmap for growth.
📈 My Marketing Strategist: My spirit guide for aligned marketing strategies with maximum ROI that also honours my energy, values, and inner rhythms.
🎨 My Content Creator: My creative partner for organising my messy thoughts and ideas (usually from notes on my phone) into something coherent and clear, creating the space for me to write. This doesn't do the writing for me.
📋 My Project Manager: My organised bestie for streamlining workflows, optimising systems and processes, holding timelines, creating tasks in Asana (my project management system), and keeping every project on track so I can focus on the bigger picture and soul work.
🧠My Business Brain: My central operating system that holds my planning system, SOPs, decision-making frameworks, brand essence, values, and business structure. This is like the nervous system of my business.
Like my spiritual connection, this is support that never burns out.
No matter what I'm working on, I integrate my AI Dream Team, and the results have been beyond what I could have ever imagined.

Embodiment isn't just about slowing down or doing less. It's about being resourced enough to stay present with what you're here to do.
One of my mantras is body first, business second, and AI has become a way to externalise the mental load so I can stay present. It holds the structure so I can stay in flow.
Most importantly, I approach AI the same way I approach any spiritual practice: with intention, boundaries, and discernment.
It's not replacing my humanity. It's creating the conditions for my humanness to emerge - without being buried under everything I'm trying to remember, manage, and hold alone.
And honestly? That feels deeply spiritual to me. Because it means I get to show up to my work - and my life - with more calm, capacity, and coherence.
